account is for users whose primary Internet requirement is for e-mail access and still be
able to do a bit for "surfing". An ideal plan for users who connect for less
than 15 hours per month. |

per month that includes 2 login accounts, 2 e-mail
accounts and 40MB per month of downloads. Anything more than 40MB will be
charged at the rate of 90 toea per MB.
